Love & Dots content may not be taught, in any form, by anyone but Lauren.
The designs, tutorials, instructional methods, concepts, and materials contained within Love & Dots workbooks and the Mandala Mastery Membership (including all Love & Dots courses and associated content) are the intellectual property of Lauren Saunders. They may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, shared as one's own, or taught in any form — whether for profit or not-for-profit purposes.
Purchase or access to this material grants a single-user license for personal use only. Teaching, reselling, or presenting any portion of this content as your own, or as part of another program, workshop, course, or membership, is strictly prohibited. The re-distribution in the form of teaching of any Love & Dots original materials, designs or concepts will result in immediate removal from the membership and/or courses.
Mandalas painted from the membership masterclasses or any of Love & Dots online curriculums may be sold for profit by those who have paid to access the teaching resources (the membership, courses or purchased workbooks), however must not be claimed or advertised as an original design by the artist.
You are encouraged to share your painting process and final pieces on your social media pages, but not as a means to advertise a competing teaching resource.

These terms apply to everything you buy or use from Love & Dots (Lauren Saunders) at loveanddots.com: courses, masterclasses, the Mandala Mastery Membership ("MMM"), free classes and The Studio, where it all lives. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to them. At checkout you'll be asked to confirm this with a checkbox.

Prices are listed and charged in US dollars (USD), with any taxes already included in the listed price. Here's why prices are in USD. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; Love & Dots never sees or stores your full card details. Your bank may charge its own currency conversion fee.
Courses, masterclasses and course bundles are a one-time payment for lifetime access: access to the course for as long as Love & Dots offers it online. You get access right away, in The Studio.
Because you receive the full digital content immediately, all sales are final and there are no refunds. Please be sure a course is right for you before buying, and reach out first if you have questions.
MMM is a subscription that renews automatically. Monthly memberships are charged every month, and yearly memberships every year, from the date and time you signed up, until you cancel. Your card is charged automatically on each renewal date.
You can cancel anytime, in about ten seconds, from your Studio settings (Settings → Billing), or by emailing hello@loveanddots.com before your renewal date. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
It's your responsibility to cancel before your next renewal if you don't wish to continue. Renewal payments, including ones made because a membership wasn't cancelled in time, and partial months or years, are non-refundable.
Your membership price stays the same for as long as your membership is active. Courses added to a membership at member pricing are one-time purchases that are yours to keep, even if you cancel your membership.
MMM member pricing. While your Mandala Mastery Membership is active (including lifetime access), you can buy my other courses at MMM member prices, on the Courses and Bundles pages and when you check out. The member prices apply only while your membership is active: if it ends or is cancelled, they end too, and regular prices apply. Courses you've already bought are one-time purchases that remain yours.
Lifetime access to MMM gives you everything in the membership, plus all future additions, for as long as Love & Dots offers the membership, with nothing more to pay once it's paid in full. Lifetime access is non-refundable.
Some products (for example lifetime MMM, Art Course Academy and The Art of Audience Growth) can be paid in installments. On a payment plan, the remaining installments are charged automatically every month from the date and time you signed up until the plan is paid in full, and each payment is non-refundable once processed. A payment plan is a commitment to pay the full price: it can't be cancelled part-way to avoid the remaining payments.
If a payment fails, it's retried up to 3 times, and your access is paused until you're caught up on all missed payments. If the payment still can't be collected, the payment plan is cancelled and you lose access to what you were paying for. If that happens, contact us to make arrangements to pay your remaining balance and re-establish access.
Once every installment is paid, your access is the same as paying in full.
If something doesn't look right on your statement, please email hello@loveanddots.com first. Most questions can be sorted out quickly. Opening a chargeback or dispute with your bank stops any further renewals of the subscription or payment plan involved, and access to the product in dispute may be paused or removed while it's reviewed.
Your Studio account is for you alone. Please don't share your login or give others access to the content. Accounts that are shared or used to copy or redistribute content may be closed without a refund.
You can log in anytime at loveanddots.com/login with a one-tap email link, or with a password once you've set one.
All videos, workbooks, templates, palettes, designs and other materials are covered by the copyright policy at the top of this page: they're licensed to you for your personal use only, and may not be copied, shared, re-uploaded, resold or taught in any form.
Be kind. Comments, posts and photos you share in The Studio's community and lesson comments should be respectful and your own work. Love & Dots may remove anything that isn't, and may feature work you share publicly in the community (always credited to you) unless you ask us not to.
Courses and the membership library may be updated, reorganised or improved over time. These terms may also be updated; the date at the top shows the latest version, and changes never apply retroactively to a payment you've already made.
The classes teach painting techniques and share Lauren's own experience, including business, mindset and audience-growth teaching. Results depend on you, and no particular income or outcome is guaranteed. Please use art tools and supplies safely and follow their manufacturers' instructions. To the extent the law allows, Love & Dots' total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
